How did you wake up today? Was it easy and joyful to get your day started, or did you feel a little scattered, rushed, or resistant?
The way we begin our day has such a profound impact on how the rest of it will unfold.
It can be easy to fall into a pattern of waking up unconsciously, just jumping straight into the day without giving much space or thought to it.
Or to commit yourself to a regular morning ritual like prayer, yoga, exercise, or meditation…only to fall out of it shortly.
But here’s the thing… starting your day with sacred intention, and doing it in a way that feels good and yummy to you (instead of like a chore or boring), has a HUGE effect on how you feel and what you manifest for the rest of the day (and the rest of your life!).
I went through a lot of trial and error to find a way to make my morning practice something I can’t wait to do, AND of course really effective…so I’m suuuuper excited to teach you!

My morning ritual (which always looks a little bit different…I’ll tell you more about that in the video) has infused my business with productivity and focus, helped me put deep inner guidance into action, and strengthened my connection to my body and my spirit guides.
